Over 35 years, SVOS - Silicon Valley Open Studios, has organized a huge endeavor to support local artists by the coordination of peninsula artists between San Mateo county and San Jose county with artist open studios and sales opportunity under a common brand, SVOS. This year, the pandemic forced this event to cancel as did many other arts festivals, leaving professional artist without the income stream on which many rely.
SVOS 2020 Virtual Exhibition and Sale promotes participating bay area artists and 15% of the proceeds are donated to the Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. I am participating with a select grouping of my work.
